Pricing
All prices quoted on this website are the complete amount, no VAT is charged (Usually 15% as per the standard tax laws in South Africa).
Delivery of Goods / Discreet Packaging
All goods will be delivered within 2 - 21 days from date of payment. Depending on stock availability, orders will generally be delivered within in 3 days on weekdays. Orders will be delivered via one of the following methods:
- Courier directly to your door;
- At your nearest post office or P.O. Box; or
- At your local Postnet.
Your product will be shipped in a discreet manner so that nobody will know what is inside. When purchasing on our website using your credit card transaction will reflect as Payfast or our merchant number on your bank statement. Client privacy is our number one concern.
Refund and Return Policy
The provision of goods and services is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, the provider will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 10% charge for administration costs. The Provider reserves the right to cancel an order for which payment has already been received. Product Return & Refund Policy
All products sold at www.menslocker.co.za carry a 6 month mechanical warrantee, if the damage is caused due to a malfunction of the product which relates to something that happened during the manufacturing process of the item, you will be able to send it back to us for repairs. If we are unable to repair it, we will provide you with a new product at no charge.
Any damage caused directly or indirectly by the client will not be guaranteed.
All perishable items (silicone straps, silicone tubes, protection pads, etc.) carry no guarantee.
Replacement items (silicone straps, silicone tubes, protection pads, etc.) are all available on our website for purchase.
Please note that due to the nature of the products and for hygienic reasons, once you receive your product, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase and your product has been opened, you will NOT be able to return it. Provided, the extender device is still in its original sealed bag and provided that it is returned to us within 7 days from the date received, we will gladly refund you the purchase price. Please note that delivery to send the product back to Men's Locker will be at the expense of the customer.
