Ordering / Payment Options

Simply click on the product you wish to order and click ‘Add to Cart’. You will automatically be redirected to the shopping basket page. From here, click 'Checkout', enter in your personal details and proceed to our secure payment page.

Payment Option 1: Credit Card

We use an independent, secure, online payment company called PayFast to process payments. PayFast accepts both MasterCard and Visa credit cards as payment options. The entire payment transaction is handled by PayFast and at no point is Men's Locker given access to your credit card details.

* Note: The charge will appear on your card statement as "PAYFAST".

Payment Option 2: PayFast Instant EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)

One of the most widely used ways of sending money online. To use this method of payment, follow the normal checkout process and select the 'Instant EFT' option when prompted.

The funds are instantly reflected in our account so you can complete the purchase immediately. Please use Payfast’s banking details when making the payment. This is specifically for people who bank with Absa, FNB and Nedbank whereby It would usually take 2 days with normal EFT to reflect in our account . Men's Locker prefer you to pay online with Payfast as we capture your shipping details and payment in two simple steps. This allows us to quickly process your order.

Payment Option 3: Normal EFT (Internet Banking) / Direct Deposit

You can process your payment by directly transferring the money from your account to ours. Please use your full name as the reference on the transfer / Pay-In slip, and send the confirmation to [email protected] together with name of product ordered and the shipping address: Full name, phone number, full street address or P. O. Box and post code. Please also include any special delivery instructions. The shipping address can also be sent to our Despatch department via SMS or Whatsapp on 062 903 5346.

Banking Details

For payments from Standard Bank, we get notification immediately once the money has been transferred. If you are with ABSA, FNB or Nedbank, confirmation takes 24 - 48 hours.

All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). We are not a VAT vendor and therefore there is no VAT added to the price.

Payment Option 5: PayPal

PayPal is an instant transfer, so it like a cash deposit or an instant EFT. Sending money this way means the money is immediately credited to our account. You just need to create your account, link it to your debit or credit card, and you are ready to shop and pay online. It is a great option for our overseas clients who do not use the same banks as we have here in South Africa. Dispatch / Delivery

Once payment has been received, our despatch department will send you confirmation and advise when your order has been sent. Your order will be sent by whichever method you have chosen, by courier to your street address, or by Speed Services to your Post Office Counter, or to your nearest Postnet branch.

Orders placed before 2pm, to be sent via courier, will normally arrive on the morning of the second day after placing your order. i.e. If you order on Monday at 1pm, it should arrive on Wednesday. Deliveries to outlying towns will take 1 to 2 days extra. Once your parcel is sent, despatch will inform give you an estimated time of arrival. 

International orders will take a little longer (see International Delivery). Should any unforeseen circumstances cause delays, we will contact you immediately via email and provide a revised shipping schedule. For more information, click here.
