You will have received an email with your delivery method and tracking number once your order has been shipped. Based on this information, please choose from one of the following options. This will direct you to the correct website where you will be able to track your parcel.
PostNet Counter to Counter
Your tracking number will look something like PP001164589. Your order will been sent with PostNet to the PostNet counter of your choice. PostNet uses CourierIT to deliver their parcels, so please make sure to track your order directly with them.

Speed Service Couriers via the South African Post Office
If your tracking number looks like this: TC100686723ZA, your order has been sent with Speed Services to your nearest Post Office counter or P.O. Box.
